Ok, to ask this question, i have to tell a bit of a story. ok i deliver for a company in Boston MA. i see the state cops with this thing i assume is a radar gun, but they hold it like an actual gun. real close to there face, like there looking through the sites of an actual gun. I finally saw them while I was in my personal vehicle, a couple of days ago. they were on the opposite side of the highway. so i decided to turn on my radar detector, because there are usually two ( one on each side.) sure enough there the other trooper was with the gun thing looking down the sites aiming it at cars. the catch is, my detector didnt make a peep. Its a fairly new detector too. detects: K, Ka, X, & Laser. What is this new gadget they have? why wont my detector pick it up? and lastly what are some good detectors that will detect everything and this new radar gun secret beam, i can get as a replacement for my old, already outdated detector? thanks.
