Phillip Tann in my opinion has invented the “new” light-bulb of radar detectors. Dr. Tann was driving through Sunderland in the UK when the police stopped him for speeding but he wasn’t speeding. His case was thrown out and the police and their radar detectors were called into question. Now Dr. Tann is on the path of having a better radar detector than any police device. Except his device is a mobile phone and distance recorder much better than present day radar detectors. How can I find him I have an invention also that Dr. Tann may be interested in. I hope someone can help me out.
